Formula for HSL to RGB Conversion
To convert HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) to RGB (Red, Green, Blue), use the following formulas:

To convert HSL to RGB, follow these steps:
Step 1: Normalize values

When S is 0, the color is gray. So,
R = G = B = L × 255
